Dodajte jaja i šećer pa sve sjedinite. Dodajte jogurt i otopljeni maslac. Kroz sito prosijte brašno sa praškom za pecivo i prstohvatom soli. U ostatak dodajte limunov sok i koricu. A ovog puta napraviti hrskavi posip za crumble još je lakše. A ako skuhate malo šalše možete kao ja napraviti ovo jelo. Meni je šalša prva asocijacija na ljeto i vrlo ju često kuha mljeti, klasičnu jednostavnu, sol, papar, češnjak i bosiljak. Dodajem kasnije okuse ako želim obogatiti ali je meni ova jednostavna i najdraža. Budući da ovako gotova ako nije spremljena u teglicu ili zamrznuta ne može dugo stajati cilj mi je bio danas sve potrošiti. Uz pomidore ljeto je i sezona tikvica, iako ih ima cijele zime, rijetko ih kupujem al zato se ljeti davimo u njima.<br />

Tikvice režite na duge tanke listiće, najbolje s gulilicom za krumpire. Stavite u posudu i posolite pa ostavite pola sata da puste višak tekućine.</div>

Špinat nasjeckajte, u zdjeli pomješajte jaja, parmezan, sol, papar, pesto i ricottu, na kraju dodajte i špinat. </div>

Pripremite pladanj za pečenje, na dno stavite šalšu.</div>

Sad kad su tikvice omekšale na svaki "list" dodajte žlicu nadjeva pa zarolajte kao palačinku. Rolice položite na šalšu. Po vrhu natrgajte mozarellu i dodajte par žlica pesta.</div>

Zagrijte pećnicu na 180 stupnjeva, pecite 20 minuta a zatim pojačajte pa pecite još 10 minuta da se zazlati. </div>
