Holiday season is the time for sharing and Peta of
Peta eats is sharing a dozen cookies, some classic some from all over the world with us. In this challenge mandatory was to make one Peta`s recipe and one your own. I have
already made the crinkle cookie but also wanted to try this recipe. The other recipe is from my mom`s notebook. Her very own recipe for
simple holiday cookies.
chocolate hazelnut crinkle cookies
2/3 cup roasted hazelnut
2 table spoons granulated sugar
6 oz bittersweet chocolate(not more than 60%)
2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
2 table spoons cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 stick unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
vanilla extract
confectioners sugar
Pulse roasted hazelnuts with granulated sugar until finely chopped. Melt chocolate.Whisk together, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Beat together butter and brown sugar until creamy.Add one egg at the time and than add melted chocolate.Add milk and vanilla, incorporate well. Reduce speed to low and add flour and hazelnuts mixture. Cover with plastic and let it chill for at lest three hours.
Sift confectioners sugar in a bowl. Roll balls in sugar and cover them generously. Arrange on lined baking sheets. Bake them for 10 minutes at 180C.
Satin cookies
120 gr butter at room temperature
220 gr flour
60 gr sugar
2 egg yolk
salt
cinnamon
rum
+
50 gr ground nuts
100gr chocolate powder
Put all ingredients together and make a dough. Make little balls and roll them in ground nuts. Arrange them on lined baking sheet and bake them in the oven at 170C for 40 minutes. Once cooled roll them in chocolate powder or just drizzle with melted chocolate.As simple as that!

PetaEats nam je zadala zadatak da isprobamo barem jedan od njezinih recepata i dodamo još jedan svoj.
Raspuknute keksiće vrlo često radim pa mi se svidjela ideja da isprobam i ove s dodatkom lješnjaka. A kao svoj doprinos odlučila sam se za
kesiće iz mamine bilježnice, jednostavne i blagdanske.
raspuknuti keksići s lješnjacima
100 gr pečenih lješnjaka
2 žlice šećera
200 gr tamne čokolade
300 gr brašna
2 žlice kakao praha
2 žličice praška za pecivo
3/4 žličice soli
80 gr omekšalog maslaca
100 gr smeđeg šećera
2 jaja
60 ml mlijeka
vanilija
+
mljeveni šećer
Pečene i oguljene lješnjake staviti u blender zajedno s šećerom i sve sitno samljeti. Otopiti čokoladu, u zdjeli promješati brašno, kakao i sol. Maslac izraditi sa šećerom pa dodati jedno po jedno jaje i na kraju otopljenu prohlađenu čokoladu.Dodati mlijeko i vaniliju i preostale suhe sastojke. Poklopiti i ostavit u hladnjaku na nekoliko sati. U zdjelu usuti mljeveni šećer pa uvaljati kuglice od tijesta. Poslagati ih na pleh obložen papirom za pečenje i peći u zagrijanoj pećnici na 180 stupnjeva 10tak minuta.

120 gr maslaca
220 gr brašna
60 gr šećera
2 žumanjka
sol
cimet
rum
+
50 gr mljevenih oraha
100gr čokolade u prahu
Sve sastojke umjesti zajedno. Od tijesta oblikovati male kuglice pa ih uvaljati u mljevene orahe. Složiti kuglice na pleh za pečenje i peći u zagrijanoj pećnici 40 minuta na 170 stupnjeva. Ohlađene keksiće uvaljati u čokoladu u prahu ili ukrasiti čokoladnim glazurom.
